These plans provide homeowners with long-term support and maintenance for their solar systems, giving you one number to call if anything ever goes wrong.
How It Works
Our SolarCare plans provide ongoing support for your system for either 5 years or 10 years through a simple one-off payment.
If an issue arises with your solar system during your plan period, our experienced engineers will attend your property to diagnose and resolve the problem.
Where possible, we utilise the existing manufacturer warranties on your equipment to source replacement components. However, if a part cannot be obtained through the manufacturer warranty or any previous insurance arrangements, we will supply a like-for-like replacement component and install it at no additional cost, ensuring your system is safely restored and operating correctly.
Each year, one of our engineers will also attend your property to carry out a full visual inspection of the system, ensuring that all components are operating safely and as expected. After the visit, you will receive a service report confirming the system has been checked and signed off, giving you complete peace of mind that everything is functioning correctly. During this visit, we will also arrange your next annual inspection, ensuring your system continues to be monitored and maintained throughout the duration of your plan.
